All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms of Service grants you a right to use any of our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features without our prior written consent.

You may access, download, or print content from our Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any of the materials on our Platform without our explicit written consent.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim against the Financial CybeReviews360, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or we may proceed with filing a formal claim.

12.2 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the [Relevant Arbitration Rules] in effect on the date when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Financial CybeReviews360 concerning your use of our Services.

14.2 No Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by us of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Service, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms of Service due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, riots, war, epidemics, changes in laws or regulations, communication or power failures, or technical failures.
